THERMAL INSULATION STUD AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An insulation stud and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure thermal ability by preventing thermal conduction of web central part. CONSTITUTION: An insulation stud comprises a stud body(10), an insulating material receiving part and an insulation layer(50). The insulating material receiving part is integrally formed on the stud body. The insulation layer is located on the insulating material receiving part. The insulating material is located at a waste protrusion. The waste protrusion is integrally and concavely formed in a longitudinal direction of a web comprising the stud body. An insulation face(32) and a slit(34) are formed on the waste protrusion in order to improve the thermal transmitting prevention.
