PURPOSE: A producing method of fermented rice drink containing jujube is provided to reduce the addition amount of an artificial sweetener while securing the sweetness of the rice drink using the jujube. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fermented rice drink containing jujube comprises the following steps: mixing the jujube with purified water in a ratio of 5:1, and compressing the mixture at 120deg C to obtain a jujube extract; mixing the purified water and malt in a ratio of 10:1, and precipitating the malt before filtering to obtain malt water; and mixing the jujube extract with the malt water.
