PURPOSE: An LCD protective transparent sheet is provided to ensure excellent scratch resistance, heat resistance and antifouling property while maintaining transparency, and good shock resistance without the formation of a hard coating layer. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a transparent sheet for protecting a liquid crystal display comprises the steps of: injecting a mixture including a (meth)acrylate-based resin(10) and an impact reinforcing agent(11) in a main extruder; and injecting a mixture including filler and a (meth)acrylate-based resin of a surface layer into a sub-extruder to perform co-extrusion. The impact reinforcing agent has a refractive index difference with the (meth)acrylate-based resin within ±0.005. The filler has a refractive index difference with the (meth)acrylate-based resin of the surface layer within ±0.005.
