PURPOSE: A plastic bag fixing device is provided to enable a user to easily put matters including liquid into a plastic bag without help. CONSTITUTION: A plastic bag fixing device comprises a body frame(11) in which a plastic bag is inserted, a coupling frame(12), and a hinge(13). The body frame comprises a handle(21) and a coupling hole(25). The handle includes a string storage housing(23) with a string storage container(22) in which a string is reeled. The coupling frame is coupled with the body frame to secure a plastic bag and includes a coupling pin(15). The hinge connects the body frame and the coupling frame.
