PURPOSE: A cooling and heating system using geothermal energy is provided to circulate cold water saved in an ice storage tank to an air conditioning space to promote dehumidification and circulate hot water saved in a thermal storage tank to control the temperature of the air conditioning space. CONSTITUTION: A cooling and heating system using geothermal energy includes a geothermal heat exchanger(110), an ice storage tank, a heat pump(120), a thermal storage tank, a cold and hot water supply pipe, cold and hot water collecting pipe(161), a hot water circulation pipe(166) for temperature compensation, a fan coil, a temperature regulating valves. The geothermal heat exchanger is installed in underground and collects the geothermal energy. The ice storage tank is connected to the geothermal heat exchanger through a geothermal collecting pipe and stores heat collected by the geothermal heat exchanger. The heat pump is connected to the ice storage tank through a cold water circulating pipe and includes a first heat exchanger that exchanges heat with cold water stored in the ice storage tank. The thermal storage tank is connected to a second heat exchanger included in the heat pump through a hot water circulation pipe and stores hot water heat-exchanged with the second heat exchanger. The cold and hot water supply pipe supplies cold water or hot water to the air conditioning space. The fan coil is connected to a temperature control circulating pipe through a connecting pipe. The temperature regulating valves are included in the hot water circulation pipe, the cold water circulating pipe, the cold and hot water supply pipe, and the hot water circulation pipe for temperature compensation.
