PURPOSE: A shelter for building escape staircase is provided to escape from a fire floor and move to a safe floor through a movement tunnel by installing the foldable type movement tunnel in the emergency firewall. CONSTITUTION: The shelter for building escape staircase includes a central wall; an emergency firewall(10); a double framed fire door(20); and a folder type movement tunnel. The central wall is installed perpendicularly from the building upper floor to the lower floor in the central space between inner steps of the escape staircase. In the emergency firewall, at least one surface of the inner wall is sealed in all directions, and the front side, the rear side or the front rear side include a jamming protrusion(12). The double framed fire door is attachably and detachably combined in the jamming protrusion, and at normal times people can come in and out.
