PURPOSE: An apparatus for connecting a high tension cable transmitting and distributing electric power in a substation is provided to easily arrange connecting apparatus regardless of size by conveniently controlling the locations of the apparatus for connecting high tension cables up and down and left and right. CONSTITUTION: A settling frame(10) includes a rail groove(11) which is the opened center area of a bottom surface. The settling frame includes a combination wing(12) which is horizontally extended and combined with the ceiling of a manhole on both end sides of the settling frame. A slider section(21) is inserted into the rail groove of the settling frame to bidirectionally be slid. An upper support(22) is extended and vertically formed under the bottom of the slider section. A vertical combination part(25) is combined with the lower part of a lower support(23) through a coupling(29).
