PURPOSE: A environment-friendly anion synthetic lumber and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent tensile strength, the impact strength, the flexural strength etc. since the synthetic lumber, which is from the use of anion-generation stone, includes no anion-generation stone inside. CONSTITUTION: The environment-friendly anion synthetic lumber and the manufacturing method thereof includes are as follows. The synthetic lumber is extruded by mixing the wood dust with resin and heating. The anion particle is sprayed pressurized before the synthetic lumber surface is frozen. In the synthetic lumber, the anion particle is fixed to the surface. The anion particle is tourmaline and the tourmaline particle is composed of the 95-99 parts by weight of tourmaline and the 1-5 parts by weight of lacquer extract. |
