PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for fusing a work coldness type refrigerant path to the surface of a cold water bucket are provided to attach ever plate for the coolant path to a desired plane to thereby reduce the volume. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for fusing a work coldness type refrigerant path to the surface of a cold water bucket includes a work coldness type cold water bucket(100), an ever plate(200) for a refrigerant path, and a weld coupling junction.
