PURPOSE: A steam rice boiler is provided to easily generate steam vapor and achieve smooth exhaust through a vertical exhaust pipe according to convection current movement and uniformly provide the steam vapor in a cookhouse. CONSTITUTION: A steam rice boiler includes a water heating portion(110), a boiling heating portion(120), a wet steam heating portion, a dry steam heating portion(140), and a steam injection tube(150). The water heating portion is formed into a hollow wall shape that surrounds a heating means. The boiling heating portion is formed above the water heating portion, separated from the water heating portion. The boiling heating portion boils water heated in the water heating portion and provided through a heating supply hole. The wet steam heating portion is connected to the top of the heating portion to make the steam vapor generated by boiling into wet steam. The dry steam heating portion is connected to the wet steam heating portion to make wet steam into dry steam according to exhaust heat. The steam injection tube is connected to the dry steam heating portion. The steam injection tube is perpendicularly installed in the inside wall of the cookhouse to form a jet hole through which the dry steam is uniformly jetted toward the inlet of the cookhouse. |
