PURPOSE: A water meter, having a freeze and burst prevention alert function, and a safety management system are provided to prevent the freezing and bursting of a water meter in winter. CONSTITUTION: A water meter, having a freeze and burst prevention alert function, comprises a meter body(10), a temperature measuring part(20), an alert member, a determining part, and a controller. The meter body comprises an inlet part, an outlet part and a receiving part(130). The receiving part is communicated with the inlet part and outlet part. The temperature measuring part is located in the receiving part of the meter body and measures the temperature of the water which is guided to the receiving part. The alert member informs the building resistant of the frost break of the meter body. The controller controls the alert member according to the freezing and bursting determining signal of the determining part. |
