Subject: Manually-operated feta cheese production line. Constitution: A square or circular stirrer where milk is stirred along with rennet and cultures (fig. 2), a mixture cutter, a strainer (fig. 3) assisting the removal of the whey from cheese, a run-out table with paracentric rollers shaking the cheese moulds for enhanced whey straining, a cheese stacking device (fig. 5) working via an electromotor and a mould tipper (fig. 6) emptying the cheese content of the moulds. Purpose: Small-sized production units operating in small-sized installations for low production cost due to least labour not specialized in machines. |
