PURPOSE: A light emitting device, a manufacturing method thereof, and a backlight unit using the same are provided to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reliability by improving a forming structure of conductive wires for applying a drive voltage to a light emitting diode. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of lead electrodes(22,24) are formed on a lead frame so as to apply a drive voltage to a light emitting diode(16). A fluorescent lens is mounted on the lead frame so as to partially cover the light emitting diode and each lead electrode. A plurality of conductibility wires(15,17) passes through the inside of the fluorescent lens. The conductibility wires apply the drive voltage of each lead electrode to the light emitting diode. |
