发明名称 Gewinnung von Kupfer aus kupferhaltigen waessrigen Loesungen
摘要 Copper values are recovered from aqueous solutions, e.g. spent electrolyte or leach liquors by contacting with an ammonium salt of a water-immiscible organophosphoric acid, having the formula <FORM:0994702/C1/1> where R and R1 may be the same or different and are selected from the group consisting of alkyl, aryl or aralkyl radicals which radicals may be substituted by alkoxy or halogen groups or groups interrupted by hetero atoms the molecule preferably containing at least 8 carbon atoms, dissolved in a water immiscible organic diluent. The copper loaded organic phase is then separated and the copper stripped therefrom by contacting with either a mineral acid or an aqueous solution of ammonia with or without an ammonium salt. When the organic phase is stripped with ammoniacal solutions the ammonium organophosphate is regenerated and may be recycled to the first stage. The initial copper solution is preferably acidic and the extraction is carried out at 20-40 DEG C. with a ratio of organic strip phase to aqueous phase of from 1 : 1 to 1 : 8 and a ratio of copper bearing organic phase to aqueous stripping phase of between 1 : 1 and 10 : 1. Kerosene is the preferred diluent, which usually forms 90% by weight of the organic phase. A long chain alcohol may be incorporated in the organic phase. The example refers to a kerosene solution of the ammonium salt of di-(2-ethylhexyl) phosphoric acid and isodecanol being contacted with a cupric sulphate solution. The separated organic phase was then stripped with a solution of ammonia and ammonium carbonate forming tetramine copper carbonate.ALSO:Copper values are recovered from aqueous solutions e.g. spent electrolyte or leach liquors by contacting with an ammonium salt of a water immiscible organophosphoric acid, having the formula <FORM:0994702/C2/1> where R and R1 may be the same or different and are selected from the group consisting of alkyl, aryl or aralkyl radicals which radicals may be substituted by alkoxy or halogen groups or groups interrupted by hetero atoms the molecule preferably containing at least 8 carbon atoms, dissolved in a water immiscible organic diluent. When the organic phase is stripped with ammoniacal solutions the ammonium organophosphate is regenerated and may be recycled to the first stage. The ammonium salts may be prepared by reacting an alkanol or a phenol or mixtures thereof with an acid halide of phosphorus, hydrolizing the resulting organophosphonyl halide and neutralizing organophosphoric acid with ammonium hydroxide. The neutralization of di(1-methyl heptyl) phosphoric acid, di-isooctyl phosphoric acid, heptadecyl phosphoric acid, dodecylphosphoric acid, di(2 - ethyl - 4-methyl pentyl) phosphoric acid, di(2 - propyl-4-methyl pentyl) phosphoric acid, octylphenyl phosphoric acid and the isooctyl or stearyl derivatives or alkyl acid phosphates, is specified.
