PURPOSE: A diagnostic device by measuring air pressure of tires is provided to prevent an accident and to improve the service life of vehicles by monitoring tire air pressure information in real time, and comparing with air pressure information database, and then offering information on tire conditions, thereby managing tires more effectively. CONSTITUTION: A diagnostic device by measuring air pressure of tires comprises: a measurement device(100) measuring the air pressure in tires; and a terminal(200) provided with a memory unit storing the information value of air pressure detected by the measurement device by receiving in real time, and a display unit outputting information on tire conditions according to the current air pressure condition by comparing the current air pressure information stored in the memory unit with the pre-inputted air pressure information database.
