PURPOSE: An automatic and manual fire extinguisher is provided to prevent loss of lives or property due to fire by putting out fire automatically in case of fire in an unmanned building. CONSTITUTION: The automatic and manual fire extinguisher includes a reservoir; a valve body(120); a combination body(130); and a rotary motion plate etc. In order to fill extinguishing fluid, the reservoir forms and includes an opening part on the top. In the valve body, one end of the reservoir opening part is included to be possibly opened and closed. In the combination part, the other end of the valve is included to be possibly projected to the floor side. The rotary motion plate is connected to the combination to make one end rotatable, and the other end is included to be possibly mounted on the other end of the valve.
