PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a rapid hardening waterproof concrete pavement composite using modified acrylic polymer and a pavement composite manufactured thereby are provided to maintain the wet state of the surface of the pavement composite after placing concrete. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a rapid hardening waterproof concrete pavement composite using modified acrylic polymer is as follows. A mixture of rapid hardening waterproof cement and aggregate is prepared. A mixed water of modified acrylic polymer and water is prepared. The mixture and the mixed water are mixed. The rapid hardening waterproof cement comprises clinker powder, gypsum powder, Portland cement, and silica fume. |
