MULTI-VIEW MOVING IMAGE DECODER, MULTI-VIEW MOVING IMAGE DECODING METHOD, PROGRAM, AND INTEGRATED CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-view moving image decoder which, even in the case of the occurrence of an error during decoding of moving image coded streams including a plurality of channels which are multi-view-coded and have reference relations, is less likely to hinder a viewer in his or her recognition of image contents to reduce an influence on his or her vision as much as possible.

SOLUTION: The multi-view moving image decoder includes: a decoding part which decodes one coded moving image without referring to the other coded moving images to generate one decoded moving image and decodes the other coded moving images by referring to the one decoded moving image to generate the other decoded moving images; an error detection part which detects an error image among the decoded moving images; and a decoded image change part which changes the error image to an image generated by not using second decoded moving images other than a first decoded moving image including the error image but using past images before the error image and changes a corresponding error image corresponding to the error image to an image generated by not using the first decoded moving image but using corresponding past images corresponding to the past images.
