<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent index data in a data range divided from display target data by taking a change in attribute as a chance and index data displayed at a page break/column break from being displayed at the same position in overlay printing. <P>SOLUTION: A print controller 1 prints a print page containing tables and figures by superimposing text data and form information on each other. The print controller 1 divides the display target data into data ranges by taking a change in attribute as a chance, and decides a display position of first index data so that first index data corresponding to a data range is displayed on the front of the data range. Moreover, when a display position of the first index data and a display position of a second index data displayed at a page breaking process or a column breaking process superimpose on each other, the print controller 1 prints only one of the first index data and the second index data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
