PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing rod-support apparatus that surely holds a fishing rod by a simple structure and improves operability of fishing rod. SOLUTION: The fishing rod-support apparatus 10 is engaged with a fishing rod reel seat 14 and supports the fishing rod 11. The reel seat 14 has a fixed hood 20 and a movable hood 21. Support blocks 29 and 30 are arranged inside the movable hood 21. The support blocks 29 and 30 are composed of stainless steel and equipped with a shaft insertion hole 34.
