PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drainage component capable of improving drainability, and fittings. SOLUTION: Since a second drain outlet 19 is formed above a first drain outlet 18 in the drainage component 10, water received by a tubular portion 13 can be discharged downward from the first drain outlet 18 and can also be discharged from the second drain outlet 19, so as to improve the drainability. Additionally, the ascent of the water in the tubular portion 13 is prevented because the second drainage outlet 19 is opened on a lateral side even when the water accumulated in a sill 2 ascends so that a water surface can reach the first drain outlet 18; and the water can be discharged from the second drainage outlet 19 even when the water flows into the tubular portion 13. This can improve drainage performance which can make indoor-side dew condensation water etc. discharged to an outdoor side, and can improve water sealing performance by preventing the intrusion of rainwater etc. from the outdoor side.
