PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide N, N-bis-(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-piperidin-4-yl)-amine-(meth)acrylamide having high radical concentration, a method for producing the same, a crosslinked polymer of N, N-bis-(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-piperidin-N-oxyl-4-yl)-amine-(meth)acrylamide compound, and an electrode for use in a secondary battery. SOLUTION: N, N-bis-(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-piperidin-4-yl)-amine-(meth)acrylamide is represented by formula (1). In formula (1), R represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group.
