<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem with a conventional communication, wherein nonverbal communication cannot be performed hitherto, thereby it is difficult to pass information on human emotions, such as puzzled feelings and excited feelings, to one's party. <P>SOLUTION: A communication device includes a touch panel and allows two-way communication. The communication device includes: an acceptance unit for accepting communicating party identification information, namely information for identifying a terminal of a communicating party; a reception unit for receiving a communication request from the terminal of the communicating party; a touch information acquisition unit for accepting the communicating party identification information, receiving a communication request from the terminal of the communicating party, accepting user's input to the touch panel after establishment of communication, and acquiring touch information, namely information on an input trajectory; an output unit for output of the touch information onto a screen to which the touch panel is attached; and a transmission unit for transmitting the touch information to the terminal of the communicating party.
