PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil cooler uniformizing the flow amount of oil introduced into two or more heat transfer tubes, and excellent in cooling efficiency and durability. SOLUTION: The oil cooler has a heat radiation core 13 in which two or more heat exchange passages 13p are formed of two or more heat transfer tubes 17 arranged in parallel between an inlet pipe 11 for introducing the oil and an outlet pipe 12 for discharging the oil. The oil cooler is provided with: a straightening plate 30 formed at an end of the heat radiation core 13 on the inlet pipe 11 side or outlet pipe 12 side so that two or more straightening holes 31A-31C corresponding to two or more heat exchange passages 13p have a different cross section; and a thermosensitive deformation member 32 provided at least near one straightening hole 31A of two or more straightening holes 31A-31C, which adjusts the flow amount of the oil passing in the heat exchange passage 13p corresponding to the straightening hole 31A according to the temperature of the oil passing through the straightening hole 31A.
