PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating mechanism of a transmission, facilitating manufacturing and assembling, and preventing abrasion in an engagement part of a shift fork with the sleeve of a synchronous mechanism. SOLUTION: This lubricating mechanism includes: a first passage 7 formed inside an oil receiver 6, in which collected lubricating oil circulates; a second passage 8 formed along the axial direction inside a shift fork shaft 5 and communicated with the first passage 7; and a third passage 9 formed in the radial direction inside the shift fork 4, communicated with the second passage 8, and opened downward in the inner peripheral surface of the shift fork 4 to supply lubricating oil to the engagement part of the shift fork 4 located below with the sleeve 3a.
