摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion device that is easy to manufacture. SOLUTION: As one embodiment, the thermoelectric conversion device 10 includes a first heating medium flow passage 12 and a second heating medium flow passage 13 disposed around a columnar hollow portion 11 to form double spiral flow passages, a spiral first thermoelectric conversion portion 14 forming one border between the first heating medium flow passage 12 and second heating medium flow passage 13, and a spiral second thermoelectric conversion portion 15 forming the other border between the first heating medium flow passage 12 and second heating medium flow passage 13, wherein the first thermoelectric conversion portion 14 and second thermoelectric conversion portion 15 are flexible. The thermoelectric conversion device 10 is manufactured using a flexible thermoelectric conversion substrate 20 having a center through hole 22, a slit 28 extending from an end edge to the center through hole, a first end face 23 and a second end face 24 which face each other across the slit 28, a first electrode 45 disposed on the first end face, and a second electrode 46 disposed on the second end face.
