Provided is a semipermeable membrane that has, at least, a separating functional layer that retains an azo compound and has a yellowness between 10 and 40, inclusive. Also provided is a method for manufacturing said semipermeable membrane. The provided semipermeable membrane is highly water-permeable and durable and has high blocking performance, even for substances that are non-dissociative in the middle pH range, such as boric acid. |
