MACHINE-TO-MACHINE (M2M) NETWORK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR REALIZING TERMINAL SERVICE AGGREGATION AND VIRTUAL PRIVATE NETWORK (VPN)

A machine-to-machine network management system is disclosed. The system comprises: multistage machine-to-machine (M2M) platforms; the M2M platform of each stage interacts with the M2M platform of a higher stage and/or a lower stage; the M2M platform of a higher stage distributes serial numbers to the M2M platform and the terminal of a lower stage; the M2M platform of the final stage distributes a serial number to the terminal of a lower stage. By the means of setting up multistage M2M platforms, the solution manages terminals intensively, also achieves terminal service aggregation and VPN functions. It provides divers, more plenty and more confluent service promoting method, and improves the competitiveness of M2M application in the internet of things, also plays a role in reusing the serial numbers and saving the serial number resource at the same time.
