The invention relates to an installation for discharging the bilge water, the waters with high hydrocarbon content, meant for ships and any other land, sea or river unit or facility for the transportation, storage and processing of petroleum products. The claimed installation comprises a condensation tank (3) provided with a bundle of pipes (10) through which there travels a cooling agent from the exterior and on which the water vapours condense on the outer side thereof, the resulting condensate traveling a descending path through a vertical pipe (6) connected to a condensate storage tank (2), a connecting pipe (5) between a bilge storage tank (1) and the condensation tank (3) having the upper end mounted higher than the inner base of the condensation tank (3) with the role of preventing the condensate from returning into the overheat storage tank (1).
