Invention herewith described refers to the turbines for refilling the electric vehicle batteries. The turbine (1) consists of the shaft (9), the turbine blades (10) and the turbine bracket (2) with bearings (8). The turbine (1) is mounted on the lowest point of the front and the rear part of the vehicle to allow the largest possible air flow that strikes the blades (10) and so through the power reducer power and the speed reduction gear (3) and the generator (4) produces the highest rate of electricity which is required for the battery charge through the voltage and current regulator (7) as well as the change-over switch for alternate charging (6) while the car is moving.In the development centres, the designers will calculate the reducer (3), the generator (4) and the voltage and current regulator as well as (7) the change-over switch for alternate charging which will, together with the turbines, provide the design of an electric car that will not stop for battery (6) charge.
