A control system for a multiple fuel vehicle comprises a multiple fuel electronic control unit (ECU), a gasoline supply device, an alcohol fuel supply device and a coolant temperature sensor. The coolant temperature sensor is used to monitor the water temperature of the engine and transmit the water temperature parameter signal to the multiple-fuel ECU. When determining that the water temperature is above the preset temperature, the multiple-fuel ECU transmits a control instruction to the alcohol fuel supply device for supplying the engine with methanol. Conversely, the multiple-fuel ECU transmits a control instruction to the gasoline supply device for supplying the engine with gasoline. A multiple fuel vehicle including the control system is also provided. The invention enables engine performance to be optimized when the vehicle engine uses different fuels.
