PURPOSE: A metal strengthened synthetic lumber and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve strength, elasticity, durability, and corrosion resistance of the lumber. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a metal strengthened synthetic lumber comprises: a step of preparing a synthetic lumber by mixing wood dust 50-70 weight%, thermoplastic resin 30-45 weight%, and UV resin and stone flower mixture 5-10 weight%; and extruding the synthetic lumber in the outer circumference of an inside metal core member(5). The metal strengthened synthetic lumber is equipped with a metal core layer and the synthetic lumber layer. |
