PURPOSE: A method for designing a guide for operation is provided to design and manufacture a guide model for operation without the help of a radiographic guide. CONSTITUTION: A method for designing a guide for operation comprises: a first step of forming a guide model for operation from first image data containing the information of the oral cavity; and a second step of transplanting a functional element designed on second image data into the guide model for operation. The guide model for operation is formed by generating volume including surface.
