PURPOSE: A scrotum moisture removing apparatus is provided to prevent scrotum moisture by separating the scrotum and penis. CONSTITUTION: A scrotum moisture removing apparatus comprises: a connection stick supporting part(10) in which a cut groove is formed and the lower part thereof is split; a pair of connection sticks(20) in which an extension part is equipped in the end thereof; a ring of a hook shape into which penis is inserted; a penis fixing unit(40) consisting of a pair of connection stick joints; and a scrotum hanging unit which is formed so that scrotum can be wrapped.
