DUAL NAVIGATION CONSOLE FOR DRILLSHIP

PURPOSE: A drillship having a dual navigation controlling room is provided to enable the drillship to be smoothly controlled even if the drillship moves abaft since the controlling room is installed fore and aft. CONSTITUTION: A drillship having a dual navigation controlling room comprises a stem controlling room(3) and a stern controlling room(2). The stem controlling room comprises a navigation console unit and an operation console unit. The navigation console unit controls the sailing of the hull(1). The operation console unit controls the operation of the hull. When the drillship sails abaft, the stern controlling room controls the sailing of the drillship through the navigation console unit. The stern controlling room is located on the stern(11) of the drillship.
