EVALUATION DEVICE FOR POWDERY MIXTURE WITH BINDER

PURPOSE: In the mixing uniform of mixture, the evaluation examination including the coherence etc. and possibles as the simple structure. The movement facilitates and it is easily applicable in the field. The time and the economic loss can be reduced. CONSTITUTION: A mixture automated test equipment(100) of binder and pulverized body comprises a sample jig(20), a mounting jig(30), a guide rod(40), a dropping jig(50). The sample jig is installed in the upper side of the jig base(10). The sample jig forms the accommodation space for accepting the sample of mixture. The mounting jig constitutes the holder(33) facing the center of inside of the sample jig. And it is installed in the upper side of the jig base. The guide rod is in a long queue arranged as the vertical direction while being clamped in holder. In the guide rod, the slit(41) is formed into the state where both ends is opened according to the longitudinal direction. The dropping jig is that the guided guide projection is formed in slit. In the dropping jig is the inside of the guide rod, it drops towards the sample(1).
