PURPOSE: The cooling water outlet is formed on the other side end part of the coolant flow way and structure is simplified. The manufacture of the cooling probe facilitates and the manufacture cost can be reduced. CONSTITUTION: A cooling probe(20) for the exhaust gas depositing comprises a exhaust gas collection path. In order to be inserted within the exhaust pipe(40) and analyze the component of the exhaust gas, the cooling probe collects the exhaust gas from the combustor(30). It is at the center of the inside of the thermal impact part the cooling probe formed. In the outer circumference of the thermal impact part, the coolant flow way is formed. The cooling water flows in from the cooling water inflow opening formed in the one-side end of the coolant flow way. The cooling water is exhausted to the cooling water outlet formed in the other side end part of the coolant flow way. The cooling water outlet is formed into the outside direction of the coolant flow way. A plurality of arranges according to the outer circumference of the coolant flow way and the cooling water outlet is formed.
