PURPOSE: An image processing device and image processing method using a plurality of image layers are provided to effectively generate various images or video contents which can be displayed on the display device. CONSTITUTION: A data acquisition unit(302) obtains the environmental information. A data processor(301) processes at least one among the location, the color, and the brightness, the chroma and the shape of a first image. A first image is an image expressing a particular target. To enable the characteristics of environment information to express the influence expressing the specific target water, a data processing unit processes at least one among the location, the color, and the brightness, the chroma and the shape of the first image.
