<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a stop period of a system using a medical image management device occurring when reflecting backup data of the medical image management device replaced with a substitutional medical image management device. <P>SOLUTION: A medical image management system includes: a storage part 43 of the medical image management device 4 storing medical image information including image data, image setting information, and facility setting information; a data bank 20 storing the backup data of the medical image information stored in the storage part of the medical image management device; and a control part 41 making the data bank back up the medical image information stored in the storage part of the medical image management device, obtaining the backup data except the image data from the data bank when making the storage device of the medical image management device store the backup data stored in the data bank, making the storage part of the medical image management device store them, and setting a reference destination of the image data to the data bank. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
