<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit system and a control method thereof which can prevent damage of parts in a PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) unit on a mother board, and prolong a using life of the mother board. <P>SOLUTION: This invention provides the circuit system (100), which includes a processing unit (10), a control unit (20), and a plurality of PWM units (P1, P2, P3, P4). The control unit is electrically connected with the processing unit, and the processing unit transmits a control signal to the control unit based on a load current request of the circuit system.
