<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container having a plurality of interconnected chambers. <P>SOLUTION: The container is manufactured so as to isolate liquid from a dried reagent and maintain stability of the dried reagent. In order to control the loading of treatment material, facilitate blending and reconstitution of the dried reagent, control heating of reactive material, condense solid-phase support material to prevent fluid connections from clogging, and ensure a minimum volume for liquid transfer to prevent anchoring of the treatment material onto chamber surface, an immiscible liquid, such as oil, is added. The container is adaptable so as to be used by a system which has a processing device equipped with an actuator system for selectively-moving liquid material between the chamber and a detector. The actuator system can be arranged so as to condense any analysis object existed in sample.
