<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a stretch sheet keeping a required width after elongation process while the stretch property of the sheet is held constant. <P>SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a stretch sheet of this invention by drawing a complex sheet includes a drawing process in which the complex sheet 10 is continuously supplied to the engaged part in the carrying direction (Y direction), where a pair of tooth groove rolls 2, 3 are mutually engaged, and the stretch property is added to the complex sheet 10 between the tooth groove rolls 2, 3. The method of manufacturing the stretch sheet has a width detection process for detecting the width W of the stretch sheet 10' obtained after the drawing process. The method of manufacturing the stretch sheet also has a control process for controlling the depth of the engagement of the engaged part and/or the rotation speed of the tooth groove rolls 2, 3 based on the difference of width W of the detected stretch sheet 10' and the setting width Wa of the stretch sheet 10'. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
