<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition which can produce high-quality, high-gloss images free of bleeding or beading when using recording paper, such as coating paper, particularly even by printing that involves small landing time differences, and which has good clogging recoverability even when left in a high-temperature low-humidity open environment and a high-temperature normal-humidity closed environment. <P>SOLUTION: The ink composition for inkjet recording includes at least a coloring material, water, a sparingly water-soluble alkanediol, a crystalline sugar alcohol solid at 20°C, and a (poly)alkylene glycol. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
