<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film mirror in which durability is improved by giving gas barrier characteristic, the thermal deformation of a film base material and reduction in positive reflectance are prevented, and dimensional stability and surface flatness of a film are preserved, and to provide a method of manufacturing the film mirror and a mirror for condensing sunlight. <P>SOLUTION: The film mirror 100 includes, in its configuration, at least: (a) film base material 4; (b) a reflection layer 3 made of metal; and (c) a silicon oxide layer 1 on the side of a light source with respect to the reflection layer 3 made of metal.
