PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof double-sided self-adhesive tape having sufficient waterproof performance even with a narrow tape width, and blocking infiltration of water vapor generated under high humidity environment, such as a bathroom. SOLUTION: The waterproof double-sided self-adhesive tape has self-adhesive layers laminated on the both sides of a substrate film. The substrate film is a polyethylene film with density of 0.92-0.98 g/cm<SP>3</SP>, and has water vapor transmission as a single body (water vapor transmission, assuming the substrate film has a thickness of 100μm) of 10 g/m<SP>2</SP>per day or less. Either of the self-adhesive layers has water vapor transmission (water vapor transmission, assuming the self-adhesive layer has a thickness of 50μm) of 10 g/m<SP>2</SP>per day or less.
