PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a paper processing device capable of setting the processing order of a work group in paper processing only by a fingertip touch. SOLUTION: A display panel for operation and display is arranged in the paper processing device, and an order setting page is arranged among pages displayed there in a switching system, and an area number display column corresponding to the work group is arranged in its page, and an order column capable of touch operation is arranged in response to these respective numbers, and a counter is arranged for successively counting a summing-up touch frequency even if the order column corresponding to any area number is touched, and its enumerated value is displayed on the touched order column, and an area number corresponding to its numeric value is stored as a set.
