PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently obtain necessary cadastral maps. SOLUTION: A cadastral map obtaining support device 1 moves a reference point from a start point SP in the direction of a start-point/end-point angle to a position of moving unit distance, obtains the latitude and the longitude, and checks the address on a straight line within the range of the cadastral map around the reference point. When a section boundary (e.g. the boundary between a section A and a section B) exists on the straight line, the reference point is moved to the intersection (e.g. the point P3), the latitude and the longitude are obtained, the address beyond the point (e.g. the section B) is obtained and stored as obtained address data, the reference point is further moved to the position at the middle of the cadastral map range size (e.g. the point P4), and the latitude and the longitude are obtained. When a section boundary does not exist on the straight line, the reference point (e.g. the point P4) is further moved to the position of moving unit distance (e.g. the point P5), and the latitude and the longitude are obtained. When the reference point is not beyond the end point EP, the address within the range of the cadastral map is checked and, when the reference point is beyond the end point EP, the obtaind address is read out of the obtaind address data and output.
