PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thrust roller bearing, which restrains damage to an oil film due to the contact between the outside diameter side claw part of a pillar part of a cage and a roller. SOLUTION: This thrust roller bearing includes a cage 20 having both annular parts 21, 22 of inside and outside diameters and a plurality of pillar parts 24 connecting both of the annular parts 21, 22 to each other. The pillar part 24 includes: an inside diameter side part 26; a radial middle part 25; an outside diameter side part 27; and an inclined connecting part 28 connecting both side parts 26, 27 of the inside and outside diameters and the radial middle part 25 to each other. Both side parts 26, 27 of the inside and outside diameters and the radial middle part 25 are provided with both claw parts 31, 32 of the inside and outside diameters and a middle claw part 30 serving to prevent slip-off of a roller 11, respectively.
