PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof structure for a trunk lid, having reduced cost by eliminating a waterproof film to simplify the structure of the trunk lid. SOLUTION: The trunk lid 5 closes an opening portion of a trunk provided on the side face of a vehicle body. The waterproof structure for the trunk lid includes a reinforcing member 52 for the trunk lid 5 having an annular and sectionally trapezoidal top 53 protruded to the side of the trunk along the outer peripheral edge of the trunk lid 5, a lid seal material 54 applied to an inner peripheral edge 59 of the top 53 at the annular lower side, a resin trim 6 for closing a recess encircled by the top 53, and drain holes 57, 58 provided in the annular inner peripheral edge 59 of the top 53 via the lid seal material 54.
