PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that an image cannot be formed at an intended part of a recording medium because a relative position between the recording medium and a head unit becomes not constant when the recording medium is transferred by being deviated from an original transfer position. SOLUTION: The recording position correcting device includes head units 10 and 20 which jet liquids to the recording medium P transferred on a transfer surface 50, detecting parts S1-S8 which detect positions of the transferred recording medium P, and a transfer information calculating part 91 which calculates transfer information that shows the transfer state of the recording medium P on the basis of the positions of the recording medium P detected by the detecting parts S1-S8. A control part 90 is provided which moves the head units 10 and 20 in a direction parallel to the transfer surface 50 on the basis of the transfer information. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
